Occasion Cake FAQs
Q. How much notice do you need for a cake order?
A. We typically need two weeks' notice for your order. We can occasionally take an order
on shorter notice. Order with less than 5 days notice may incur a rush fee.
Q. Why are your cakes more expensive than the grocery store cakes? It's the same
ingredients, right?
A. Our cakes are custom designed and many include fondant decorations. Our cakes are
baked fresh for you and never frozen. Also, our cakes are significantly taller than your
typically grocery store cake resulting in more servings.
Q. Is it safe for me to transport a tiered cake?
A. Yes, by taking the proper precautions, transporting a tiered cake can be done safely.
Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes, we can deliver your occasion cake. The fee will be based on the delivery distance
and must be requested at the time the order is placed.
